Levels of Service for your consignment sale

CSA Software ONLY

Website Access and PC POS Software license per your consignment sale event (not yearly) for any number of computers. Fees are based on number of sellers approved at the time of the sale.

Included services:

  • Technical Support via email/phone for sale administrators before, during and after the sale in regards to a ONLY CSA SOFTWARE related issue. Response time within 30 minutes can be expected.
  • Assistance with installation of the CSA software onto client’s equipment.
  • On-Site support (if required) for ONLY CSA SOFTWARE related issue during the sale.

Excluded services (unless contracted and/or agreed upon in advance):

  • Technical Support of a hardware nature, including networking, printers, operating system issues.
  • Installation or setup of equipment on-site at time of the sale.
  • Rates for excluded services are $35 per hour, including transportation time.
